First and foremost I want to say thanks to Jamie and Randy for encouraging me to get back into bowling.  It's been 3 months now and I bowled my first 300 in 23 years, then followed up with a 248 and a 289 for a 837 series.  I wanted to share with the Stroke and Rollers my mindset and game plan that allowed me to shoot that well last Wednesday night….

Randy, I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed taking lessons from you and how much better I feel about my bowling even when I don't do as well as I want to.
